The errors were made by firms applying for JK subsidies, not by the government. Good luck to Albanese getting any political traction criticising the government for coming in $60 B under budget.

Albanese has looked like a dim shadow as the Covid response has virtually sidelined Labor at the federal level.

If Labor weren't stuffed before Covid, they are now. Still I suppose there are 2 years to go, and Dutton, Kelly, Joyce and Christenson are all still in parliament and eagerly awaiting their opportunity to say something stupid and cause damage to the Coalition.
