you are correct nicky , but the reason you are confused is this nonsense policy of grading the punishment on the level of injury sustained, its a dumbass policy. If Tate went off on a stretcher , Reynolds wouldve been made the villain and got 6-7 weeks for sure , even though Scott probably played an equal or greater role in the outcome of the tackle. Lets face it , if Mckinnon got up and played the ball , there wouldnt have even been a penalty blown. The same policy is now being adopted by police for traffic incidents. So here is what will happen. Little old lady gets flustered and turns left across a lane , hits another vehicle , they exchange details. the end. Soon little old lady makes that same error but takes out a cyclist & he dies. She goes to jail for 5 yrs for manslaughter although her mistake was minimal & it was the cyclist himself who decided to put on lycra and sit on a pushy and play among people wearing seat belts in big steel cars weighing over a tonne.....he ran the risk did he not? what a nonsense.
