Banks don't normally sell up houses if repayments are been made and the account is in order....not even in a credit crunch...the big problem is the non recourse loans in the US not the well conducted highly profitable commercial loans.
Unless, we have information indicating the Centro has breached its covenants and the loans are in default...I will continue to hold
