The banks and Centro are business partners...if Centro hasn't sold assets yet it is because the banks have not compelled them to do so.
The Australian asset portfolio is holding up pretty well in the blizzard (if Westfield report today is anything to go by) and the US assets will probably be sold off to the the JP Morgan/ Blackstone consortium.( unfortuately probably very cheaply)
