looking forward to the valuation job to see how zijin/the valuer can even consider saying 10c is a good offer based on the asset and not use the share price history as the benchmark.
how they can even use the share price to say 10c is good blows my mind after the mess they got themselves in to almost losing the mining right and the price diving, to then turn around and say but hey, all is sorted and the offer is 3x what the sp was haha jog on zijin
20c seems a long way up from here as u mentioned, they may play the 2c increase game and drag it out. I thought though that they will need another project extension approval as there was chat about a September expiry?
also, if they were so keen on the 10c offer doing the job, why haven't they called the voting meeting yet? is it the valuation they are waiting on? aren't we to be given 33 days notice? surely if they thought 10c would wind it up or was 'fair', they would call the meeting now, vote us out and close off NKP.
