    As its taking its sweet time, I reckon they ought to throw in a new loyalty option issue .
    1 for 4 say, for every share held, at nill cost, or 0.1c, strike 5c, expiry 4 years from issue., to keep the indians happy.
    With an ex date in August, to keep the registry holding up to at least into the new Fy.
