But this share peaked at around 20 - 21 cents and has now fallen significantly to approx. 3 cents.

And apparently there have been no on-market share purchases by the BOD or upper management in that time. If I am wrong, then I will stand corrected.

If the company has an embargo on the BOD or upper management buying shares on-market, then the company should announce it. However, I haven't seen any such announcement.

For now, I see this reluctance to purchase shares on market as an overwhelming red flag to the market.
