Imagion has stated several times the current trial is not only about safety, but also to prove out efficacy, and derisk the technology. Once derisked, they would shop for such deals similar to those shown above. They also stated several times they've been contacted by such Companies inquiring as far back as several years ago. While the deal sought would be slightly different in nature than those displayed in slide 24 of Patry's Presentation, it would include medical device manufacturing and a % cut of NP's revenue.

If this deal is inked in time, the likelihood of a cash raise anytime soon would be null and void.
