The flying customer has been left stranded by a deliberate action of Qantas to deny them the product they paid in good faith for, if this was preplanned then it must be close to fraud in selling those tickets knowing this was going to take place, if this was a knee jerk action by Qantas then they have caused more damage to their reputation than the unions could ever do, because they have shown complete and utter disregard to their customer. And no i do not support the unions, i am just sick of companys giving poor service, this is a Australian icon on display to the world, Christ they even stranded 17 world leaders visiting CHOGM.
