So Alan Joyce gets a 71% pay increase but does not want to give a reasonable pay increase to staff.
Blames the unions.
This guys should be sacked and have all his entitlements stripped and sent packing - He directly put a gun to Australia's airline industry and pulled the trigger.
Negotiating is part of a CEO's job. Since he cannot negotiate then he should be sacked.
Unions only want whats fair for their members and are willing to negotiate.
Alan Joyce is not and does not belong in an Australian company.
