Is it 1970 or did Australia stop reinventing after 2000 across all platforms and channels?

Interesting times, the country is running on a dinosour model and you only know when a person is swimming naked is is when the tied goes out, seems the tide is going out Australia.

My little business keep reinventing to stay ahead of the imports and global trends and so do my staff, they do not hold a gun to my head saying you must promise me my job for the rest of my life, they say how much will my hourly rate go up if I implement this cost saving and yes if we need to mechanise because there is a pallet stacker on the market, that's the modern world, the unions have a place for a worker who has not the skill set to negotiate, not to cripple a company over a period, but then that union leader came from the same stock...................big circle.

But when you live on an island and you think you immune to the world it will get tough unless you reinvent, Culture kills strategy!
