re: jp morgan agrees with you vidi There won't be any takeover bids until the bidder has run their ruler over the soon to be announced resource upgrade - I think that and the bidders board approval process would take at least a couple of months - especially if it looks as juicy as its going to - probably find the board will reject it thinking it looks too good to be true compared to current capitalisation and ask the due dilligence team to have another look.
