That may explain today's share price rise.
If NAB writes back to the balance sheet 50% of the $1B it provisioned recently that would have a big impact on the share price.
Another article refers to the future fund looking at buying australian bank stocks.

It should be another good day tomorrow. Someone suggested $35 by Xmas. He might be right.
