Yeah, plus the brokers really rate them for some reason. They always get favourable reports. My smsf is not complaining as I hold a few but I'm uncertain as to near term results next couple of years but there sure looks to be growth thereafter with the Brisbane expansion et al. Just a matter of taking the capex hit before the casheesh rolls in at the back end.
