Perhaps a real and present reason exists for the timespan on the accumulation we have seen, supported by basically zero information of an actual SP moving kind, if you think about it this SP could have been moved north if they wanted too, it's not as if Lynas are known spuikers, they are not, so people do take good note of what is said.

Maybe one good reason for not saying more is due to a time table we are not in on. I think that Lynas and major backers intend to go for gold, not in the ground but more in the Olympic context.

I think they are tying up all the technical and financial ends to go 100% for stage2 production. I have listened to Nick many times and never have I heard him get ahead of things, yet just lately he has thrown what was a prior cautious approach regarding stage2 out the window, to me this points to the money being in the bag to fund it. When all the eyes are dotted and the tees crossed I expect an announcement along with a beefy re-rating, that's my punt.
