Someone else may be able to confirm this, but I think Nick Curtis has been called before the US Senate next week to talk RE? Lots of new friends in that house. Now imagine if all you had to do was provide US$200m in loans/forward deposits for a guaranteed off-take contract on a projected 10% of the worlds total supply, which is what stage2 is planned to be.
