CNP - JP Morgan rates the stock as Underweight
BROKER NEWS - 29/04/2008
There remains uncertainty about the group's outlook and the broker suggests bids for some assets on the block have to date been modest at best.
Given the issues that remain there is no change to the broker's Underweight rating, with this week to see more information coming out regarding debt maturities and possible extensions. Sector: Real Estate.
Target price is $0.60.Current Price is $0.44. Difference: $0.16 - (brackets indicate current price is over target). If CNP meets the JP Morgan target it will return approximately 27% (excluding dividends, fees and charges - negative figures indicate an expected loss).
