The announcement definately wont be as late as last time, the reason it was that late was due to US, Centro released the ann to conincide with feb 15th in the states, there was confusion as everyone thought they had to be released our time. And 10pm here was still prior to trade in the states, so with that in mind i will say we will see a announcement or trading holt prior to trade tomorrow.
