Just to clarify i few points on this article (a) The ED quoted in this not an analyst and does not work in research. (b) JPM does not even cover SDL.
This headling and the quote are compleletly irrelevant, and it is simply at journalist using JPM's reputation as a leverage tool to put across a point of view. Just because a random person at JPM has something to say, and is quoted somewhere does not mean that it is the view of JPM. Unless you are privy to research material Shareholders should take the takeover comments (and at 50cents) with a grain of salt.
