    Such a stupid practice imo.

    The poor fund holders see their stock lent out to the shorters for a small fee to the fund manager and then also see there stock shorted.

    This has been going on with BTU for a long time, particularly since the market new that Mathews was a distressed/forced seller.

    As long as there is uncertainty with this stock this painful practice will continue.
