    I was thinking similar that it could be made apart of any take over off. but the sceptic part of me reasons that these milestones are now a line in the mud for potential suitors of a takeover offer(intentionally or not?). Ie if you want the company the offer needs to be above $3.25 so that "everyone" benifits
