do not agree.
The stock is undevalued:
1. Jap property is at the bottom or close (there will not be much devaluation) with NTA @ .52 c per share you will not find better stock around !? (try)
2. Debt extended to 2012
3. Japan economy is recovering or showing good signs
4. Cashflow is positive
As to it will take years to eventuate , i invest in this one wit 6-15 month horison!
Wait for report from GJT ( next week)
May be you will tell me why you do not like it?
