I think this suing business is just a waste of time. Even thinking about it is a waste of time. In fact, the targets should be the individuals who were responsible for making decisions, statements etc. Individuals. I am not saying that Centro deserves to be sued tho. There was no need for the shareprice ever to have been sold down to this extreme level in the first place. It's out of whack.

When people talk about suing the company, they hurt the innocent shareholders. Surely that should not be their purpose. Anger is an emotional state however not a state of wisdom.

And the comment is correct about the ones who really win being the lawyers with their fees and extended processes, delays etc.
