This story has been circulating for a couple of years, if it is true the US Government must know about it, if the US Government know about it they should refute this rumour, because they don't it is probably true, if it is true we can't trust the US Government and the numbers (from them).
This trend of Hype, Pump and Dump, probably goes all the way to the Top. If it does, look out below when the smoke and mirrors are removed.
