Here's the number of shares held by JPM & HSBC
Sept 2009 - JPM 4,125,000 - HSBC 5,000,000
Sept 2010 - JPM 4,125,000 - HSBC nil - sold the lot.
Sept 2011 - JPM 7,309,000 - HSBC 3,759,000.
So during the last year they managed to accumulate 7,000,000 shares between them using bot.
They know a cash cow when they see one.
