You will notice that the announcement ceasing to become a substantial holder on the 22/07/08 was from (JPmorgan UK).

You will also notice that in the June quarterly report released today, (JPmorgan Nominees Australia) is the top share holder who has doubled their holding since the past 3 months.

(JPmorgan UK), is not listed in the top 20 share holders. However they did have 31mill shares recently acquired on the 3/7/08 but have recently sold out and now have less than 4mill as they are not listed as being in the top 20 anymore.
Which means (JPmorgan Australia) have been buying the majority of (JPmorgan UK's) shares.

Hope you understand why the SP has been falling now!!!

To put it simpler.. (JPmorgan UK) have sold nearly 30mill shares in less than 1 month which is why the SP has been taking a hammering.

Don't despair tho, as most of the top 20 holders have been buying all these shares and the selling looks to be almost over now.

So we should see some upside shortly.
