Theres an old saying I like "The scorers team always wins"

What about on say the GLD if you buy shares and they are used to short sell does that mean there is double that amount of gold in the GLD?
Fractional Banking is a scam, and people don't believe it because a lot of people cant imagine the Government would allow such things. I still here people say today "Oh that cant be right the Government wouldn't allow it to happen if it was going to hurt people". The Governments allow and tax Alchohol and Tobacco!
