ive learned the following from my personal mistakes
1. don't buy hype
2. research and know what youre investing in first
[ a) company b) industry c) general economy / marketplace ]
i think your best benefit would be to research "when to hold/sell" and also the OIL industry.
the first will answer your question generally,
the second will answer your question specifically
short opinion on OIL industry / companies like JPR.
I wouldn't touch them ever.
