Can anyone understand how JPR get a 16c Valuation per share for...

Can anyone understand how JPR get a 16c Valuation per share for block 31 and perhaps David Thorpe or the directors might be able to explain why if that is a true independent report and valuation how come the share price is lagging so much and they are giving them away now for 2.7c a share?
I know its dated July but that is still recent..Interesting to see the new developments as they start to comercialise this..and my understanding naturally is that JPR would not be selling cheap shares if they were not going to claw back some of their money and Waterfords would not be buying if they were not going to make money...so will obviously be an opening somewhere in between for the traders to make money out of both...

"The 90 day production test commenced in June 2010".
That makes the 90 day test results only available in September. So may be a wait yet for the results of the testing..

And for those that want to follow this company for some time it is intended it will be independently verified once Jupiter has drilled its first Jurassic well, which is expected to occur in 2011.
