Struck me that one solution might be to set up a Pilot Gas to Power Plant - circa 50 MW Capacity - as an independent stand alone Operation to Prove-Up the Concept - with ZIM Government Funding/Backing

With CAT, Komatsu, Siemens or Dongfang Electric Co - from China - LEASING the Hardware to the Entity.

LEASING would keep the Capital Cost OFF the IVZ (Entity) Balance Sheet !!

However - large single-cycle gas turbines can typically produce 100 to 400 MW

Duke Energy's Lincoln Combustion Turbine Station, powered by Siemens Energy's SGT6-9000HL (60-Hz) turbine, has an output of 410 MW.
