Yeah agree with that.
Not really making accusations but more observations.
My point is that u can see the focus, see how a BOD works by reviewing corp governance model and looking for evidence on how they adhere to it. In short ….. how well run and how well lead the business is. U have pointed out quite a few stumbles, which probably highlights what I am suggesting.
I could point out ASX listed mining companies in same MC that are well led well run, no confusion from SHs, hit timelines and execute time and time again. I can show u the opposite ….. being smart and knowledgeable doesn’t mean u are a good leader and can run a company…. This challenge is even greater moving from explorer to producer.
For the record i am barely underwater on IVZ and i see plenty of upside and had a few nibbles last week.
Like u, I also look forward to profit share agreement and flow testing.
