I’ve read the thread and well respond over the weekend here to some specific comments, but I want to stress that 100% of all precise chats’ questions and content have been the summarized questions I’ve received from you all. They’ve been technical because the questions have been technical. I agree that a portion fontgis chat should avoid becoming overly technical and I will work to put my own thoughts into this one more and try to suss out answers to difficult questions from Scott.

I know there’s been a lot of frustration here, and I don’t mean to make light of it. But I hope everyone approaches the chat in good faith. Scott gives a yeoman’s effort every time and doesn’t shy away from challenging topics. And he keeps coming back - I genuinely don’t know another MD or CEO who would do these grill sessions over and over. Yes there’s value for the company from a comms perspective, but it is not the norm by any stretch.
