i am a big fan of IVZ and the opportunity infront of us.

the way i see it is Zimbabwe have the a huge moment they can’t stuff up. It’s actually life changing for them, but that does not guarantee IVZ success.

i would say do not put executives and BOD above question ….. ok the short time I have held, and the research I have done …. Shows an MD with excellent technical ability but lacking elsewhere.

thats where a BOD should cover …. But I am not seeing that.

so really the question is …. For the podcast.

SM why are u the guy that’s going to lead IVZ to fulfil its potential. Not a BS motherhood statement or look at how may shares I have etc etc.

I look forward to his answer.
imho a strong BOD would have moved him to tech role and got a leader who could move this to the next phase.
