Are you aware that only recently, IVZ had two new directors appointed?

Appointment of Robin Sutherland as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 1 February 2023.

Appointment of John Bentley as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, effective 1 February 2023.


Hence your post stating:

"I would say do not put executives and BOD above question ….. ok the short time I have held, and the research I have done …. Shows an MD with excellent technical ability but lacking elsewhere"

SM previously, had way too much work to handle by himself...... At least, please allow the new and improved BOD some time before passing judgement....... Looks to me, like lots of really good experience are now helping our MD.
