Look, there may be a variety of reasons why he/they didn't partake, everyone's in a different financial situation at different points in time, but yeah he could have maybe answered that a bit better. In terms of his management, I think he is giving it 120% to make this project a success. In hindsight are there things that could have been done differently? off course, there's always pros/cons in following different avenues. I work for an ASX30 company and you wouldn't believe the amount of multi-million dollar screw ups that happen here by people paid way more than SM. The good thing to hear from SM is he has acknowledged the damage from the dilutive raises and that is hopefully a thing of the past.
