you can try and justify the school yard demands on why a director should be taking up shares while you sit back and trade them all day long. What would SM do with these shares exactly? Sell them for a profit so all the h.c goon wariors can shoot him down for requiring his capital back to take a vacation. S.M put many years into this company before he even saw an income.
