The answer or missing factor as it were is 'patience'. I can see it now when the PPSA is announced, most will scratch there head when the price break out and the rest of the picture suddenly becomes clear. Add once a JV partner and then commercialisation terms are reached.
Short sightedness was clearly the picture painted from the JRI/interview. Scott eluded to to this factor as much as humanly possible. As a longer termholder, this investement has only occrrued in value. It's a matter of perspective. Am loving an opportunity to buy in the 7s...
