    I don't think they will need to raise.
    16.5 + 4.5 = 21.
    Now we don't know, given the liability for rig mobilisation was included in half yearly that may never happen, how much of the 5 million liability in the prospectus is forward looking??
    Even if its due still leaves 15.5 million.
