I asked in the chat whether he thought M1 and M2 were in communication. Scott said probably not due to faulting but then said something very interesting (around 1hr 35m in the video).

The isotope data from the gas in both wells is very similar which means it has come from a similar source and has migrated across the whole reservoir. So not M1 and M2 connectivity specifically but a gross reservoir connectivity.

Also seeing vertical and lateral trends between M1 and M2. Which are 7km apart.

Over 200sqkm of closure. Four Sydney harbours worth of reservoir. The 3D should be very enlightening.
