I'm not hell bent on a farm in but the right partner, apart from $$, would validate what IVZ have.
We need cash or we need to remove, for 2 years at least, the need to tap the market.
A farm in would do that and lessen our expenses but we'd give away a fair bit of the farm.
I suspect no one would ever be happy with any deal done atm. The CLA deal when mooted had a look through value that crunched the sp at the time from memory.
Anyways something is going to have to give at some point and the sooner the better.
