    To be honest not sure what's the value of the fireside on Tue unless we get the signed PPSA on Mon/ Tue morning.

    I have always been a big fan of Scott, but as things have panned out the way they are, not sure how much credence his words on the +ve's will have anymore.

    Its a very clear message from the market. "Until you sign the PPSA and more importantly sort funding out (without another CR) nothing else is going to matter"
