One of the purposes of having a BOD is to various levels of experience and knowledge with a collective view being better than an individual.

outside of actual performance and ultimately business growth/ value …. An early indicator of this, most certainly at IvZ level & frequently preyed on by shorters and instos is governance.

example read IVZ BOD charter, look at the little things … the things us stupid retail are allowed to see. Instos get a greater look a much better insight, better access.

have a look at the top20 on website….. tell me that this BOD has a focus on governance.

what do the business plans look like?
what to comms plans look like?
does MD have perf appraisal complete?
what is the long term funding plan?
what do they want the share register to look like?

in my view, the MD & BOD are out of their depth …. Which is fine and to be honest expected. They need to get a majority partner or sell it.

dont think those circling are not aware and hence why we have SP here.

the upside is there is tension, tension creates change …. We won’t see anyway near full value for asset however swiftly moving to an outcome is most likely in best interest of shareholders versus dilution dilution and a drawn out process.
