116million is not paltry for a company that hasn't even flow tested a single well to prove commerciality of the project.
The issue to me is that its actually not normal for an explorer to "pump" 1000% (30c) before the results were even known or even spudding MK1 and now we are seeing a 3 year deflate of this bubble until they prove a path forward to commercialisation and how much this is all going to cost before they see a cent on income.
The market is in no mood to hand it out another 100mil dollars to anyone (not just IVZ) without a definitive clear timeline
