If the liabilities are under Current liabilities........ That means they are due within 12 months........ Which Trade Creditors are....... Also note that quiet are big amount $3,840,262 are accrued expenses......... Normally meaning that the Bill has not been received but the company is allowing for them as they still should come in and will be due within this period.

Liabilities which become due in over 12 months go into the Non-Current Liabilities section.
