In October 2020 Mangwana paid a 9% premium for +$220k of shares.

In April 2020 Mangwana paid a premium of 91% to previous 5-day VWAP and 40% to last closing price for $440k.

They have made very decent money for their fund's investors and have continued to take part in CRs since then. Why wouldn't they take a big chunk at a premium given their history? Add to that they can bring in other HNW local entities who have seen the above happen.

They wont be paying anywhere near 13c,they will be in at around 7c tops.
