True, Directors are in possession of a lot more data that shareholders and institutions wouldn't have.
So when they don't take up their share of the rights, the market will not like it.
The market will speculate the worst outcome from the drills. Its why many are sitting on the sideline.
Any way, good luck with the Niobium play (I was in it from 70 cents, but sold at circa $1.8...if only I kept them
).
