    lack of liquidity is a big issue imho. low SOI and even less available to trade.

    one can't get in or out of JRL without sitting off major price swings

    so really don't have much choice but sit and hope for tail winds.

    A positive result from the POSCO tests would be a good start.

    We really need a big partner to join us or buy in
