JRL is basically LD, his call on the direction of the Co.
One can choose to be in or out, that is the share market.
He is a very straight shooter and JRL success is in his best interest (and wife and super fund).
Clear that this is a play to ID the resource, sell or much less likely JV. Cards are on the table
I got no issues with it and will likely exit JRL if a deal is done.
