Your comments are noted however I don't really agree with your sentiments for this one.

The Chairman and the major shareholder is a geologist as is the recently appointed CEO who aso has a vested interest in the success of this Company with 2m share options....

Lithium is back in favour with most of the lithium stocks having seen very substantial increases in their share prices recently.

The other thing that is material is that the McDermitt (USA) lithium deposit is very well located on the border of Nevada and is close to Elon Musk's latest Tesla operation .... Musk has indicated previously he is looking to support local suppliers as is the US Government who have indicated their support as well.

With only a tiny number of shares on issue (circa 40m shares) any decent announcement will obviously propel the share price further.....

It is likely the Company would seek to sell off part of their project or enter into a J/V - either of which would be a positive - imagine what would happen if Tesla entered into negotiations with JRL ..... who knows what may or may not happen down the track.

As aways, the share price of companies with a small number of shares on issue can fluctuate widely due to limited shares being traded (poor liquidity) ...... last time this Company "sold" something they paid a handsome dividend to shareholders .... perhaps something to look forward.

The Directors have put their own hard earned cash into increasing their position .... something that doesn't always occur with other companies where directors are handed shares on a plate.

Let's see what happens in 2021 - plenty to look forward to IMO.
