According to the post by Statsman on 11/12/08, Melanie Leydin stated that a board meeting was being held on 12/12/08, and she will push for a statement to be released through ASX to clarify the situation to sharedolders. It would appear that she was unsuccessful with her motion, as to date, no ASX announcement has been released. If no announcement is released, it will confirm the point that Mr.Pursell does not listen to the other Jervois directors.
